Nilson Angulo

Least of our problems today IMO. Over half of that team didnt put a shift in, which he always does.

But there is a bigger worry that none of our supposedly attacking players apart from Brobbey have delivered anything like enough this season - especially the wide players.

£30m on Diarra. £20m on Talbi. £21m on Adingra, who was (stupidly, IMO) peddled after 4 months. £15m on Angulo. Mayenda and Isidor going backwards.

We haven't got the best out of any of them.

Can’t see how Angulo is much of an improvement on Adingra. Isidor needs peddling at the end of the season, his race is run here.

We’ve got a very patchy track record of signing wingers recently. I’m not a massive fan of Talbi either.
We're still fishing around in that 10-20 million pool, which in today's market still gets you some rock solid defensive players but unfortunately gets you naff all 90% of the time when it comes to attacking talent due to the premium put on them. It's showing this season where we have unearthed some gems at the back end of the pitch but none of the attacking players have exactly set the world alight, with Brobbey as the exception

Thought he did ok on the right but was poor once he switched wings. Talbi was like a rabbit in the headlights.

Did alreet first half, good work rate, maybe keeps hold of the ball too long, but then there's never anyone busting a gut to get in the box for him to cross to or play through, which won't help the lad.

We are just a slow ponderous team when attacking so not getting the best out of nippy forwards

Still plenty of time for him to prove his worth

Not sure what Rigg’s and O’Nien’s excuses are then. Unless they’ve converted?
None of them fancied it today.
Onien is a right footed centre back playing left back was a stupid decision by the manager the centre midfield was the problem to lightweight weren’t prepared to do the dirty work not enough physical players for that kind of team and pitch

Absolutely none of our players are helped by how we are setup tactically. Always receive the ball either 1) Way too deep 2) Or to feet with 2 men up against them.

Imagine a ball slid between the CB and LB or down the channel for a winger to get onto and continue his run and drive into the box.

Don't think he's helped by Hume not being there or Mukiele as Gerty isn't doing much on the attacking sense.
