If We Get To Wembley

Big if…

I wonder how tickets will be allocated. Previously there’s been 34,000 - 35,000 tickets for semis & 30,000 - 31,000 for the final (although Man City were given 2,500 - 3,000 more after).

We apparently have 38,000 season ticket holders this season. 31,000 - 32,000 last season. 25,000 renewed so far.

So, how would it be done? Just on loyalty points. Taking into account length of time as a season ticket holder? I dint think you could use renewals as rule. It’s inevitable some miss out.

Theres a big problem with length of time as a season ticket holder because they've lost loads of data from last season. People are having to prove they had a season ticket for the loyalty discount:lol:

Will be loads who miss out. Theres 38k season ticket holders, then club staff, players friends and family tickets, plus all the corporate people.

They’ll have to loyalty point it, it seems though that is in tact at the moment and all other aspects of season ticketing are in the shit

My selfish main worry is, I’ve got a young son in his third season with a handful of points. I just need him to be in phase one, cos there’s a dilemma of, do I buy mine & his sisters tickets that would be guaranteed, or potentially wait until some mythical second phase that could be a lottery to get him one?

I’m making all this shit up in my head, but I’m getting worried

We could potentially play at Wembley twice. How many would go to both (if we made it), it’s very costly in a short space of time.

City got 33,000 last year.
Which of that’s right & they got an extra allocation is slightly surprising, given you’d have thought palace would have easily been able to take loads more.

Unless, it’s limited to officially registered supporters of the respective clubs, then Palace are limited by ground size.
The 2025 FA Cup Final (played at Wembley between Crystal Palace and Manchester City) had roughly 61,500 tickets allocated to supporters of the two clubs combined.

🎟️ Fan ticket allocation

  • ≈30,786 tickets per club initially for their supporters.
  • Manchester City later received extra seats, raising their allocation to 33,467 tickets including accessible seating.
  • The remaining tickets at Wembley (about 28,500) went to sponsors, hospitality, Club Wembley members, and the “football family.”

🏟️ Wembley context

  • Wembley Stadium capacity: about 90,000.
  • Roughly two-thirds of seats go to the competing clubs’ fans, with the rest reserved for corporate and FA allocations.

✅ Summary:

  • Fan allocation total: ~61,500
  • Per club: ~30,786 (City later ~33,467 after extra tickets)

If you want, I can also explain how clubs actually distribute those tickets (season ticket priority, loyalty points, supporter clubs, etc.), which is quite interesting for big finals.

Just per the Blue Moon forum, for the 2023 final both city and utd got an allocation of 30,500, as did Chelsea and Liverpool the year before.

There will be loads miss out if we got to a final, not that I think we will.

Has to be done on loyalty points even though that would mean me and my son miss. Those who did the hard away yards on thankless Div1 games deserve it.

Speaking of Wembley, we did the Diamond package for last years play off finals at £520 a ticket, we're hoping to do similar this year if we get through, any idea what the price might look like?
