SoL To Undergo Multi-Million-Pound Investment Programme

If we extend to 55,000 and continue to do well on the pitch we would sell out no problem.

A good chunk of the extra seats would be hospitality. Quinns, Founders, Monty Suite and every single executive box sold out well before this season started so there is a need for increased capacity already.
There's still space in hospitality areas for Leeds, City and Palace games

Its inevitable that we'll have to extend at some point.

Villa and Forest are currently expanding to 50,000+. Leicester and Wolves have similar plans. Birmingham have that silly new ground plan. We'll have to do it or we'll fall behind in terms of revenue potential.

I think if we're still doing well this time next year it make get off the ground.

Don't know if it has been posted any way, but the sheepfolds council planning permission has an extended deadline.

Was meant to be November but now the 3rd of April

Hopefully the club & the council can come to a compromise, they both want the same thing surely

Only a handful in Banks of the Wear at £600 to £810 per person. These will be sold before the games.

76 yards has had availability all season because they have priced it too high for the location and what is on offer. £300 behind the goal.

All of the other packages sold out well in advance of the season starting.

Even 76 Yards is now getting close to selling out between locals knowing it's there or nowhere, and some tourists for whom it's the only thing available. We've had multiple nationalities in this season, especially Dutch now we've signed Roefs, Geertruida and Brobbey.

I reckon we’d need to boost up to at least 55k and add more hospitality/padded seat options

I think the investment programme was set out in 5 phases, 1 been the safe standing and pitch, 2 been the concourses and hospitality...weve just had the TVs upgrades which was maybe phase 3?

what do we reckon is next? surely there has to be more safe standing...

In fact here it is from the first page...further announcement due in time

5 will be the extensions

They are going to spend some money at the AOL too. They have a planning application in for five a side pitches and additional fences at the rear.
