MTFSwap the F and the M
That’s nowt to do with the club. Normal fans shouldn’t be punished because some Nigerian/Indian is selling fake tickets to gullible numpties. Some of the scammers are selling seats that literally don't exist. Fake block, row and seat numbers.
It's a complication for the club to hoover them up thoughThat’s nowt to do with the club. Normal fans shouldn’t be punished because some Nigerian/Indian is selling fake tickets to gullible numpties.
I think that will have been the generic one saying your ticket is ready to download, with the little message about potential checks.A lad I know reckons he got an email on Friday.
To save the hassle of having to produce your documents at a later date if stopped by the authorities? Why?
Makes sense to go early today, the concourse is a nice place to be with decent pint options etc anyway
I’ve been driving for more than 50 years and have never been stopped by the authorities and asked to show my driving license. The only time it leaves the house is when I go on holiday in case I want to hire a carTo save the hassle of having to produce your documents at a later date if stopped by the authorities?
blame all those who sell/pass on their tickets. the club are trying to stamp it out. surely it should be applauded.Would be nice to just be able to do what we want, and go to the turnstiles at 1445 like we have been doing for decades

Who, the gullible numpties? Get rid of them and it's all sortedIt's a complication for the club to hoover them up though
perhaps? that would certainly scupper those who've bought or using tickets they shouldn't have.Could they not just send you text 2 hours before ? Something helpful
To be fair I've only ever had to do that once.To save the hassle of having to produce your documents at a later date if stopped by the authorities?
Been saying this until i'm blue in the face. They had the chance at Brighton to close it down once and for all but instead of doing what they should have done (ie bought up and cancelled all of the tickets) they decide to inconvienence a few genuine fans. They always seem to make the wrong call. Bit like on another thread where people at the city game were asked to prove they had the right ticket - that should be sorted at the turnstile ffs. They never choose the obvious solution to a problem. As an aside I did see a couple of lads coming throught the turmstiles with paper tickets today, not sure if it was after a check? The club should just go hard on the Facebook page for a game.
I suspect West Ham away will have loads on sale just before the game, given that’s probably our least attractive away game for the remainder of the season (far away, shit ground, early kick off time etc.)
Then take whatever action they want to for anyone selling tickets for that game.
I dont think it is - they know which blocks and rows and seat numbers have been sold? It's a complication for the club to hoover them up though
