Colback or Henderson

One of my best pals played in same youth/reserve side as that age group. I watched alot of games back then and Colback was always the standout player. Such a good group to watch. Henderson was just a hardworking skinny little winger back then and i would never imagined he would of went on to do what he done. Colback Waghorn Meyler were all ahead of him back then. Likes of Nathan Luscombe, Jordan Cook, Robert Weir and Trevor Carson all went in to have decent lower league careers
Sure I’ve heard Bally say Luscombe was the most naturally gifted he’d seen come through the Academy in his time here?

Henderson must be the most successful english player who has faced the most criticism in his career and that for me makes his achievements even better in my book! Fantastic player great mental character and the only blot on his carrer is the lure of the saudi money. It must be hard towards the end of your career to see the gravy train coming to an end (and your income dropping off a cliff)not to accept one more ride on the saudi special to put even more money on your bank account!
Little red & white tinted glasses there I think. David Beckham must be the most successful player who has faced the most criticism.
