John Fickling said his biggest regret with the design of the Stadium of Light was they put in too many boxes. The way to go now is big hospitality spaces where people can mix and then go out into there padded seats not be confined within a box. Everton have only built 20 boxes into there new stadium and have 13 large Corporate Hospitality Lounges. A 10 seater box now is around £30k a season so over 19 games works out at only £158 per seat per game. We are selling individual corporate tickets in 76 Yards for £180+ and in Banks on the Wear up too £810 a game now. Building in boxes means removing rows 37 and above to create the balcony displacing current season ticket holders and would add extra costs to construction plus reducing capacity in the process. I don't think they will build any more boxes but have similar offerings to 76 yards where level 2 is hospitality and they can use the new upper tier rows 1-5 like the old BCB seats as per the North Stand Upper or like now the back rows of the existing East/South Stands and corners when it eventually happens.
