SOL expansion

I think the club should be looking at finding room for more Founders club type “entry level” hospitality.
The sort that supporters who want a little bit more (but not the big corporate packages) would be happy paying a premium for.
Aye.
Years ago a group of my scattered around the UK exiled marras would have one weekend per season back home taking in a game. There’d be anywhere from 8-16 of us inc a few keeping schtum away fans and neutrals occasionally. When things are going well at SAFC that sort of get together is less tempting as seats together aren’t possible. We’d be all over an entry level package though.
I was looking at Brighton’s corporate offerings the other day after somebody on here had posted about buying some. They had a one priced at around £240 which included a private booth with beer tap and pub grub. Beer was pour yourself and unlimited, before and after the game……………aye……….…;)……………unfortunately it was Heineken and a train back to Brighton then a train back to London so getting someone else’s moneys worth was nigh on impossible. Staying in Brighton next time though;)

Almost entire blocks available tomorrow in the lower bowl that was supposedly sold out to season ticket holders.

Meanwhile people who bought tickets weeks ago have to go in PC.

They're premiums i think
£48, same price as regular tickets in the west stand central area. I think some/all of them are padded though and used for hospitality packages usually. These packages are supposed to be sold out though, so who knows?

Good seats held back way too late and most people won't even click on the premium blocks.

They should be promoting them

It's mental. It's huge blocks of seats too in a prime position, meanwhile I have to take my 80 year old dad up to the PC. 😂

They're still there. All the premium central blocks in the west stand.
I took my old man up there once and he got dizzy immediately with vertigo so the stewards found him a prime seat lower down

Seems odd that so many seats have been released in the past 48 hours , better ones than were originally released

Just seen them. Im pretty sure them blocks aren't available for season tickets

I realise it's our own fault for not buying a season ticket (can't make night games) and have accepted it's a necessary evil. It's just a bit crap knocking on when there's going to be loads and loads of empty seats in accessible seats.

Pretty sure it's Monty's/Quinns etc.

Maybe the club needs to reopen season ticket sales on a seat only basis for those seats?

£100mill for 12k stand Aston Villa

Or about £8k per seat, so pro rata a south stand extension of around 6-7k seats would cost £48-56m.

If we also extended the east as well as the south, say 15k seats to raise the capacity to 63k seats, then £120m. Bargain, especially if paid for over a 10-year period?

There's zero chance it costs that much here.

Probably about £20m tops for SS, possibly less.
