SOL expansion

You don't get much for £20m these days.
Agreed, it cost £7m 25 years ago for the NS extension. I realise things are more expensive now, especially stuff like that, but it still won't be 10x the price. Maybe £30m if they do a better finish than the NS version.

£48, same price as regular tickets in the west stand central area. I think some/all of them are padded though and used for hospitality packages usually. These packages are supposed to be sold out though, so who knows?
76 yards seats for sale for £36 in U30B and U31B? There's quite a few in 2 images below and it's letting me buy them also (well I stop at the payment page)

Sorry, but I work in construction, it will be more like £40-50m.

It’s not just the finish. It’ll be the infrastructure inside. The north stand is a very basic stand to modern stadiums. Bar the BCB it’s a bit of throwback. The south stand extension will be a lot more technical in terms of what’s on the inside.

If it's nowt like the north stand then fair enough. If it's the same as the north stand then no way.

Nah. That's ten times more than 25 years ago. Things have gone up, but not that much.
If it cost £7m 25 years ago that's 6 times not 10 times. Seriously if we can build it for £40-50m we'll be doing well. Villa's extension is over £100m to add a similar number of seats.

It wont be. Just like if the sol was built today it wouldn’t be like it is. It would be £500m minimum.
Ours was designed to be extended very inexpensively.
It’s the gubbins inside. The facilities etc. it’ll be cheaper than older stadiums but you won’t get much change out of 50m imo.

if they're going high spec and nowt like the north stand then probably. The plans look pretty similar though.
Are they just making it up as they go along now? The last couple of days availability have been all over the place
I think they've realised they've massively overpriced 76 Yards. Selling the seats (while maintaining the exclusivity of the bar) is better than getting nowt.
