Old TLs have had there chance first draft was 25 y service. Again it only benefitted those 54/55 and could retire, no one under that age was going to risk not accessing their pension till 62Thatll be new team lead not the older ones they want rid of i presume?
Tbh as much h as people moan about nissan, they'd have a far tougher life not being in tenko if they are honest about their skills and the pay they get there. For a factory job I'd imagine its pretty good.
Bigger problem for nissan as a whole is actually selling cars going forward, the Chinese Market will collapse even more over time, the yank market has extra tariffs on now and have they even got any new models coming out? As in new models not just tarted up versions of current designs?

Aye about right. Even stand up SVs are on roughly the same.My team leader only earns an extra £75 to me and I’m no where near the top of my band. He only gets that because they get overtime to do a handover before the shift.
