Simon Adingra 🇨🇮 Signed!

Hopefully, they haven't. But I do think Watson will go on to great things. I suppose we had no choice anyway as he wanted to leave. Which I find very strange.
He took a chance as at the time we had a 25% chance of making it through the playoffs. I think if we had been a shoe in for automatics at that point Watson wouldn’t have gone. He chose the guaranteed PL route. It’s just kind of ironic that he ended up scoring the winning goal to get us there too.

Absolutely he’s better as of today and probably as of next season and beyond. I like Watson but Adingra is levels above and I couldn’t care about the extra £10m, as he’s a clear upgrade in my opinion.
Have we signed him? If he's levels above, at the moment, then that's good. A little caveat, I don't think there'll be many if any wingers, levels above Watson within 3 years.

Adingra(if signs) has gone to a bigger club...Watson decided to join smaller club

If we stay up this year there will be a few people regretting listening to agents...the list is growing

So let's gets this straight, Brighton pay Sunderland 10 million for Watson to improve their team, but we pay Brighton 20.5 million for Brighton's Adingra who must be surplus to requirements.
May as well of kept Watson and saved 10.5 million quid.
I don’t hugely rate him. So we’ve basically spent £10m to swap borderline premier league players

Well we've paid ten million for this lad if we do the maths 10 received and 20 spent. We lost a local lad who has the the sky as the limit. Hopefully, it works out better for us but I think they got Watson for a bargain price.
He did not want to be here!!!!

Seems all but done tbf mate. I honestly don’t see Watson getting many opportunities at Brighton but would love to be proved incorrect on that.
