How did Sunderland win the Play-Offs

Get fucked Chris Wilder and Ive sprayed G&T all over the carpet
Right then. Here it is. Too young, too naive, lacking experience they all said. Well the pundits were wrong.

They were also wrong about Sheffield United dominating the game. The first 20 minutes Sunderland were under the cosh, but slowly through a series of small tactical changes Sunderland grew into the game and ended up dominating possession and having almost as many shots and chances as the Blades. So what did the pundits miss and just how did Regis Le Bris turn the youngest team in the Football League into Championship Play-Off winners.

Well come in and take a look and do me a favour; stay 'til the end'. There's a treat to finish with. Enjoy everyone.

However "sorcery" as a 3 syllable word when every UK accent, at least as far as I'm aware, completely leaves out the e in the middle sounds very unnatural beyond what the most incompetent human writer is capable of. The same applies to the elongating "championship" to 4 syllables and the bizzare attempt to shoehorn "quiet" into one.
Am I being dense here. Sorcery is three syllables and championship is four

Sat in a hotel room in Jamaica (I know, pathetic) the WiFi has just come back on and I’m crying watching that 😂
Had me away shirt on yesterday and 3 Americans and 4 Jamaicans came up to me and said congratulations on being back in the Prenier League
Probably the greatest video ever uploaded in the history of the internet.

A fairytale.

Thats some top quality production that mate.

I noticed the song was sang by shank williams.... is that a little nod to hank off here by any chance?!

Strictly speaking yes, but in natural speech the middle syllables tend to get cut so sorcery becomes sors-ry and championship becomes champ-yon-ship. Similar to how camera is cam-ra and chocolate is choc-late. Does vary a bit between accents mind so maybe I'm being bit unfair.

Below is a better explanation than I could ever manage myself

Proper lump in the throat video. Cheers.

Enjoyed watching that, think I may well be watching it a few more times 😁

Great critique on le bris and his more positive mindset second half with subs and tweak of formation

Not sure I have ever seen such a spectacular turnaround fron 5 defeats ( poyets great escape closest maybe ? )

Exceptional as always. Only watched it thrice so far...

"There's one more chapter to write to the story yet. I can feel it. KTF" - @10 Trenches Deep Sorry, due to irrational superstition I was bound from responding to this but part of me really thinks the win was locked in around this point, when we all kind of... knew it was meant to be us?
No. I pay Boris Johnson good money to voice my scripts. He's cheaper than you think given he lost his job and has a few kids to support.
