Being a young team is not a virtue in itself.
Someone like Harrison Jones would benefit greatly from being introduced gradually alongside Henderson and Le Fee rather than say Jobe and Rigg.

This could be a very good move. Kind of like Welbeck at Brighton.
Our existing squad has zero Premier league games between them. We need people who have been there done it in the Premier league with the ability to contribute on the field and the leadership to guide the younger players. Henderson ticks those boxes.
However, I would want the club to be comfortable they could bring somebody like this in without upsetting the team. It is clear that the group of players have a very strong bond, so we have to be careful with personalities that will not upset what we already have culturally.
Eg someone who will try to complement/augment O’Nien, not try to replace or sideline him.
That would need to be explored in interview.

Im including myself in this btw but he will have much better offers and he will want to remain in the England squad more than anything
