Craft Beer

Tried a few more. Still about 3 to do.

I'm staying just off Brick Lane, the match is on Sunday so I am looking for somewhere decent anywhere central really as I have all Saturday to myself.
The easy option is to do the Bermondsey beer mile. Start at Kernel and work back into London Bridge.

Nearby you, the Kings Arms (Buckfast St), Mikkeller and Great Beyond. Kill The Cat at Spitalfields too.

If you prefer pubs I can provide a few recommendations.

Thanks for that mate, I will look at the Bermondsey mile, just looked on Google maps and Cloudwater is there, just booked a table at Tower Tandoori, it's within staggering distance !

If you're starting at the Kings Arms (very good btw) you can do worse than moving on to Bethnal Green. Here's a decent crawl we did last year and the year before:
1. Three Colts Tavern - decent craft stuff. Topper pizza
2. Mother Kelly's - Excellent craft selection. Quirky location and interesting surrounding restaurants
3. 5 Points Brewery & Tap Room - Beerwise I can take it or leave it with 5 points. But a half decent core rotation and an excellent beer garden
4. Forest Road Brewing co - Decent craft selection I'm led to believe. I'm usually hammered by this point

Right setting off shortly. What’s the score with Coventry or the wider area? 😎
I’m going to pop in here.

10mins from my hotel. There’s a Spoons next door. With me dad & mate who aren’t interested in craft at all, so I’ll pop in for a 1/3 while they’re next door.

Give me a shout if you’re knocking about.

I’ve got a table booked there for 5 with a Cov supporting mate…if you haven’t been before, it’s absolutely epic.

Hops d’Amour, Gonzo and the Twisted Barrel tap are the only places to go really.

Gonzo currently have a keg of Cantillon on!!! 😱

Looks like a cracking place that, even the food looks great

Think we’ll be gone by then. Check into the Premier Inn after 3pm & head to the Longford Engine.

So I’m trying this Cantillon?!

Looks like by the time we’re sorted it’ll be about then so probably the Longford engine
Hops d’amour is canny.

There’s a few hillbillies with no teeth, but they’re friendly enough
