I’d have thought if Honda and Nissan are gonna merge there’s no need to duplicate a lot of the office based staff for any new venture that happens, so would seem an obvious place to look for saving cash.
Like it or not the Chinese and American markets have fell through the floor for the likes of Nissan and Honda, so it’s practical that they have to look at more streamlined ways going forward for the companies
May well be less office staff but more on the manufacturing side if Sunderland gets to pop Honda out too
