Jack Clarke

You literally said he would have to rock up in a ford focus and get a 3 bed semi in Ryhope. On £33K a month 😂

I'm not and have never suggested he stayed here to keep me or anyone happy?

I suggesting he shouldn't have signed for Ipswich because they aren't a side with good enough short term prospects for a player of his talents.

He doesn't need the money but I seriously can't think of a single other reason why he's signed for them.
To earn mile more money and play in the premier , in either order that you would like that to me. What can you not see about this. What should he have done?

Decent player. Had a very good last season.

Amad was always going to be a star, Jack? Unlikely but not out of the question.

He is no Colin Todd.

When Toddo left any surviving thought that we were still one of the elite clubs but had fallen on hard times for a while, left with him.

Anyhow, good luck to him.

Waited 6 or 12 months to sign for a better club than Ipswich.
How is he going to get a better offer man. He had 2 outstanding championship seasons. 2 seasons that would be very very hard to top. This was the best offer he had ( the only offer he had) the only way he gets a better offer now is to perform in the premier league. He has a premier league move and now it’s up to him to get a better one from here. You’re basically saying he should turn down premier league football and a massive pay increase on the chance that somehow a 3rd great championship season makes someone better than Ipswich bid for him. The likelyhood of that is small. We know this because nobody did bid for him
Not a relegation favourite. Any of the other 17 teams who didn't just get promoted.
There is one tiny little flaw to your idea

Burnley were in for him in January. Offered crap money and were another poor option.

He signed for Ipswich a week before the transfer deadline. If he kept his power dry another team might have come in. We'll never know but he now has lots of money and a very average career move.

He absolutely wouldn't get ahead of the players in his position at them teams
Could he not just simply back his ability until Man City come in for him?

It’s almost like teams at the bottom of the premier league are the highest level in for him or something . You’re more delusional than I thought if you think his agency wouldn’t be aware of other/better offers on the table if he waits a week longer.
Yeah you’re getting there, he is also earning mileeeesssss more money while playing at a higher level. Worst case for him he is back in the position he would be this season next season… while he earns miles more money

Whenever you bump into any your exes and they’re with a fella who’s better looking and has more coin than you do you think she rues the day she binned you off?

Aye because teams always broadcast every player who they're in for a week before the transfer deadline. It's so other teams can pinch players from under their noses 😂

Great analogy 🤡

I'm well over Clarke leaving. Mundle saw to that.

I just think he made a shit choice. I am allowed to have that opinion.

Actually just laughed at you thinking clubs are not speaking to agents of players they are interested in like. You’ve blew my head off.

They are of course. But deals fall through and other deals quickly replace them. Especially when clubs start panicking near deadline day. You're not that stupid.

😂😂 yeah so they will have known if there was a chance of anything. There clearly wasn’t
So you're about to sign a player, it falls through at the last minute but you've already told another agent you want to sign his player when you don't but you might if the other deals falls through even though you didn't expect it to...

Sounds plausible 😂
