Ross Stewart

Started today and subbed off injured already. Loved him but selling him was one of the best decisions the club has made.
I was gutted at the time, I thought he was a right judas kernt, but hindsight is a wonderful thing.
Probably the correct decision.

He's going to end up at hearts or somewhere like that in a few years isn't he...?

Might end up a spectator at this rate. Feel for the lad, but his move and his contract should give him a decent financial base.

Hope the lad can have a Quinn style post-injury-nightmare renaissance but his game is very different to Quinny who didn’t rely on his pace.

Fair play to him for holding out for the best contract he could possibly get. Clear at the time it was probably his last chance at a big pay day, and he may be relying on it for his future.

He’s been very lucky tbf, Southampton look like complete idiots for offering that deal if he’d continued to reject our advances and left on a free I’m not sure he’d of secured anywhere near what he has
