Everyone with two eyes (and some without...!) predicted a great career for HendersonIt's all opinions, and in mine he will go right to the top. I predicted a great career for Henderson and I think this lad is better.

Aye but will hughes at that age was the next big thing.
Obliviously it didn’t turn out as everybody expected but massive things were expected of him
That’s the point he’s trying to make but everybody seems to be ignoring him
yetHe’s a tremendous talent, but you can not compare Chris Rigg to those 3.
Ham.
Hope you mean the Man City Foden and not the England Foden. If he’s half the player Foden is I’ll be happy.
Not many players look good in that England setup to be fairHope you mean the Man City Foden and not the England Foden.
What do you want me to admit, I’ve asked you a couple of times now, I’ll admit it if you tell me where I was wrong.
Hughes played 35 games, 33 of them starts, and an injury ended his season.
What exactly have I got wrong, I’m happy to admit when I’m wrong if you check my posting history.
Gonna be hard for him to keep his feet on the ground when sections of his fans think he’s the next Messi likeEasy to get carried away when you watch him but I hope he's able to keep his feet on the ground and just keep developing. He's come on a lot over the last few months I think. You can see he's ready now.
I think he's possibly the most technically gifted player we've produced so it's exciting. If we don't go up this season I fear we may lose him in the summer.
Will Hughes had done more than Rigg at his age, does that make him a better player?
I remember plenty of our fans didn't really rate him and thought we'd got a great deal when he went to Liverpool. There was the infamous 'Colback is better' thread on here.Everyone with two eyes (and some without...!) predicted a great career for Henderson![]()
I thought he was called Hendersonman as that's all you ever heard from the moaners behind me at the match.I remember plenty of our fans didn't really rate him and thought we'd got a great deal when he went to Liverpool. There was the infamous 'Colback is better' thread on here.
Bellingham moved to Dortmund at 17. Whats to say Rigg wont be doing the same at a Man City etc?Jude was playing for Dortmund at a younger age, so how are you working that one out?

July 2020 you mean. He’d just turned 17 and already played 41 games for Birmingham, of which 32 were starts.Because he’d have to go back in time to be at the same stage as Bellingham maybe.
Bellingham moved to Dortmund in July 2023, so unless Rigg finds a way to defy the laws of physics, there’s no way he can do what Jude did?

Rigg is a full year behind Jude, but looks like he’s about 6 months or so ahead of Jobe.
He's that good it would not surprise me if he did...Because he’d have to go back in time to be at the same stage as Bellingham maybe.
