Jack Clarke

KLD is one of the worst things to happen to this football club.

He simply is not true to his word about reinvestment of funds received from transfers to purchase better potential quality players who we could then develop and sell for even more money. Making the club sustainable and gradually improve the playing side.

This was the model that was sold to us. This is not the model we are following though in that we are selling players at less than their market value and are not reinvesting it in the playing squad

Where’s the money going KLD? Where’s the ambition?
You've crossed a line here.
His soldier ants will be exiting the nest at this very minute (wearing their BCB colours) ready to cut you down.
Run.

But he has improved the playing side. And if the rumours of incomings are true, then we have invested in improving the playing squad.

I'm not sure where this myth that we aren't free spending has come from. We spent loads last season on transfers. I'm sure we had one of the highest net-spends in the league.

As I said previously, you and probably everyone else on here and a lot of the media for that fact, have no idea what the finances were for the Clarke deal, but dont let that stop you getting in a strop about it. Also, you and nearly everyone else have no idea re the Ross Stewart fee, but once again, get outraged, knock yourself out :)
Not outraged. Always expected a sale to be able to buy. The upfront fees will be very likely accurate. It's not one place reporting it, it is basically every report. The only thing that is really up for debate is the break down and criteria of the add ons.

 From where we were a few years ago .. you’re talking out your hoop.

The fee makes us look small time imo. Other teams have coined it in on worse players from our league. Really annoying.
The fee is about on par with similar transfers. It's more than Norwich got for Rowe, and more than Philogene (who had a buyback clause tbf). Greaves also cost about the same, and Szmodics cost way less.

Wonder when he plans to sell us, plenty of rumours he’s been touting us around for the last 6 month.
From where?
Everything he does is for the long term and big short term gain.
What would be the point in moving the club shop.
Why spend loads on a new pitch which was more than adequate for this season
Why replace the shit sound system which is no worse than many championship clubs.
Why get young players in who won't teach their peak for a few seasons.
Anyone who thinks he wants out isn't thinking logical at all.
