Nice family who run it , have one down Boro also

Rarely in town for shops now , normally just if social , but if do then normally call in Biz-R

Biz-R is my favourite.

Has a bit of location pull for me aswell as had good years working in the building when it was Tucci
 
Popped into Sheepfolds development whilst out on my bike today.
Deep North coffee place.
Coffee was nice, albeit the cup was on the small side.
The doughnuts. Aww man, they are to die for.
I might get fat. Oh wait...
 
Not sure it necessarily counts as a coffee shop, but I stopped off at The Train Line next to Seaburn metro the other day. Rate it highly, just need to sort out the opening times.
