Potentially, a fee could have been agreed with the previous owners but not signed and sealed, leaving the new mob room to try and squeeze some extra cash.

I got told that it was all done including fees literally just before the sale was done, so only thing I can assume is that it was “pending” the sale. Pretty much aye, seems their only sticking point is the payment structure and I can't imagine they lose out based off that when everything else is sorted.
