Given how much he obviously wants to come, and how he looks like he will fit into the team and the way that Regis wants to play, it’s now all on Speakman to get his finger out and make this happen. The ball is firmly in his court.

I know that and read it at that. But reading what he has put he has said he wants to move and has earned it. It’s obvious he no longer wants to play for them so makes our chances of getting him stronger. So now a good negotiater would be in touch with his club to see how we can conclude a deal quickly to suit all parties. They aren’t going to contact us so it’s down to Speakman to instigate the contact and discussions.
That really isn’t difficult to understand but as usual, as soon as I post, the pile on starts from the usual suspects. It’s just pathetic. But I am now banging them on Ignore so they are wasting their time.

So the buying club has to contact the selling club to buy their player? You’re right that isn’t difficult to understand at all. In fact it’s obvious to anyone with half a brain

We’ve been in talks with them to try and get a deal done it’s not as if we have ghosted them mate
