CC : Essex v Durham

First Class wickets are County Championship and UCCE matches only (and Champion County). With a red ball.

I don’t know the answer to your question, but he’s on the brink of 450 career FC wickets if he gets 4 more in this one.

Our FC record wicket taker is Rushy with 751.

I thought probs be that, yeah I was meaning just professional wickets for Durham then, I’m just thinking he seems to take wickets constantly in all formats. I’ll try find out
Marty and the lass were discussing how many wickets he'd taken but then they started talking about holidays in Rhodes.

Haha aye, I had to turn sound down, listening on a walk and the natter was doing me head in a bit

According to Cricinfo he's 9th on the list of all-time wickets for Durham with 309

Great! Thanks for that, couldn’t work out how to do it.

I’d say he’s a a good chance of getting 3rd on that list

I can’t really seeing him getting injured and the pace he bowls, you just need 1 of those in your team.

I just looked at his wicket today looked like it hit him outside the line to me

Get Cox and Elgar early there is not much to follow tbh

The likes of Walter, Pepper & Critchley are journeymen cricketers on paper

Just started watching the play today but it looks quite simply that Durham have out performed Essex in the first five sessions with bat and ball. That wicket was never as flat yesterday as the Durham batsmen made it look. Long way to go but Essex will have to bat really well to get anything out if this match even at tea on day 2.
