Regis le Bris - confirmed

Tbf were any of those linked to us, any better then RLB ?

Still has arguably done better in a similar amount of time.

Lampard probably not but has got experience in the leagues over here including the prem.

Could go through the lot and it's a similar story really ALOT of new inexperienced coaches with the odd experienced name chucked about.

All open to interpretation and each others opinions but let's be honest unless your a die hard French football fan none of us have a clue about RLB apart from he got his team relegated in his 2nd season of management

Why though? What would be an overwhelming or whelming appointment? I remember being buzzing over O'Neill, thinking Moyes was a good experienced fit we needed. I wasn't blown away by Mowbray but thought he'd be a decent appointment given the circumstances. Thinking Alex Neil was pragmatic but hardly exciting appointment. I thought Coleman would turn things around etc etc.

It’s underwhelming in the sense that 99% of you had never heard of him

That qualifies as underwhelming

From will still, who we chased endlessly and the hype and media following he has, to the anonymous le bris

It does constitute as underwhelming although he has every chance

I agree, but I think the time taken after Beale left has understandably made people nervous. They’ve made it look like they had no control or real succession planning. Then you combine it with rumours of coaches turning us down and people go mental. Hopefully it has been worth the wait.
I don’t think they have made it look like there is no succession planning, they have made it absolutely obvious there isn’t.
