No, but surely there should be something in the contract of employment stating that if you support another club, you don't openly state to anyone, especially the visiting team, that you hope Sunderland get beat.
And as someone said previously, there should be some sort of background check, going through social media etc, to see if the prospective employee is a mag gobshite who openly hates Sunderland.

Employers have a right to expect their employees not to be an embarrasment (or cause embarrasment) to the business (and that includes when they are not at work).
