Blackburn Commentary Said This Today (unless my ears...)

Think it'll be against the law not to give them jobs because of who they support. Just to be clear they wouldn't get a job if I was the employer, at the club or any other workplace
I'm sure it would be, but actively saying you want your employers to fail must be a reason for dismissal imo.

As has been pointed out, imagine if a customer turned up at a business you were employed at, and you told them the businesses service/product is shite and they should give their custom to a rival firm. I don't think you'd last long.

Yeah, you have to do a bit of background on anyone you employ. It's common place for peoples social media activity to be scrutinised for example. You could easily find out they are mags and then you just find another reason not to employ them. If you hire 5 people and reject 195 do you have to give all 195 a specific reason? Of course not, they all get the same generic letter/e-mail. You don't say "sorry, we dont employ mags".... hahaha.

These mag wankers appear to be all over the club. How can you employ people who hate the organization they are applying to work for. It's beyond belief.
No the wonder the club is a shambles, being infiltrated by mags, this needs sorting now, same as the pricks on security at the ticket office, was this not brought up at the last meeting?

Seriously man. Even the Blackburn commentator was gobsmacked and said “what are you doing”?
This is a bloke who is greeting visiting dignitaries and telling them he hopes they beat the club he is representing at the entrance.
It sums the place up under these clowns and is just accepted these days.
Whoever that is needs sacking. Absolutely mental.

KLD probably thinks he's bought the Mags, which would explain the handing over of the keys/BCB fiasco.

Yep. Then we've got the Mag stewards and police laughing when stuff is being pelted down onto our fans.
Even Craig Russells turned his back on us

Genuinely do people think that one of the questions when applying should be “Are you a mag?” And if they answer “yes” then their application binned off. Don’t think that would go down to well with discrimination employment laws.

No, but surely there should be something in the contract of employment stating that if you support another club, you don't openly state to anyone, especially the visiting team, that you hope Sunderland get beat.

And as someone said previously, there should be some sort of background check, going through social media etc, to see if the prospective employee is a mag gobshite who openly hates Sunderland. Especially for positions like greeting the away team etc.

Employers have a right to expect their employees not to be an embarrasment (or cause embarrasment) to the business (and that includes when they are not at work).
