Hemir

He is stealing a living. I've heard people say they've seen him struggle at under 23 level
He does struggle at u21 level . You hear the bench screaming at him to get into the box constantly. Hes a lazy bastard.
Thankfully we have only put him under contract for another four and a bit years.

We should be worried about the size of the squad, the shite we are carrying and how we off load them .

This is by far my biggest worry about our club right now. We just have no opportunity for a proper clear out in the summer.

Ba, Ekwah, Rusyn and Triantis all have more than three years left on their contract.
Pembele, Aouchiche, Seelt, Hjelde, Mundle, Hemir, Mayenda and Anderson all have more than four years left on their contract.

Twelve players who have not come remotely close to proving that they have what it takes, all here until at least summer 2027 unless we can find some suckers to take them off our hands.

The last three transfer windows are going to take years to put right.

Good post mate

It reminds me of that Wally De-fanti and his scatter gun approach and his likening it to some European Model. We’ve heard it all before .

The only positive is that they'll not be on big wages. Good chance of shifting them out for that reason whether that be on loan or permanent. It's not the same problem we had with the likes of Rodwell. Some of them might come good after a loan, some of them definitely won't.

Perhaps. I don't really see any of them coming good after a loan. Three of them are already out on loan. One can't get into the Shrewsbury squad, one of them can't get a game for Hibs, and one is a comedy figure for giving away penalties every week and knocking out his own players.

Individually, they won't be on Rodwell-esque wages; collectively, that's a hell of a lot of the squad who are a) shite and b) on long term contracts.

Rusyn, pembele are big worries, I think they'll be on proper championship wages. It looks like that injury has wrecked him pembele. I think we'll find these 2 hard to shift.

Mayenda is very young, Hibs have better forward options than us. He might make it, he might not, if he doesn't we should be able to punt him back to France second tier.

Hemir is a million miles away, never going to make it, but on low wages. Hopefully get him a move back to Portugal. My worry is we loan him and they see how bad he is. Might be worth subsidising a move this summer.

Seelt has shown some good signs here. If we don't want him I'd be confident there'd be interest in Holland or wider Europe. Nectar has been doing alright in midfield. Again, won't be on big money so confident we could get rid. Central defenders mature later.

Ekwah and Ba have wracked up appearances at championship level which bodes well for them. Ekwah has Clare Fontaine on his CV, as well as Chelsea and west ham. I'd be confident if I was his agent of getting a move.

Anderson has only 2 years left after this. Will probably get a league two loan move. Then with one year left he'll move permanently to give himself some security.

Out of all of those mentioned, the only one worth keeping is Aouchiche. The signings have been a f***ing disgrace. Calling 20 year old kids and lads who cant even speak english senior players just shows what clueless twot Speakman is.

Yeah, Aouchiche definitely has some quality and in isolation, in a decent team, may be a decent signing. Unfortunately not one player that Speakman has brought in over the last three transfer windows has developed in any way that I can see, and as such I find it difficult to have any confidence that he will get better while he is here.

His chance against Cardiff was begging to be finished, keeper had to save it awkwardly with his legs because no one expected him to wet fart a shot from the edge of the box instead

Neither have really had a run of games yet so it's hard to judge. Normally I'd say there's a reason for that etc etc, but honestly we seem to have a scattergun approach to team selections especially up top.

We need to give Pembele a run out towards the end of the season, shift Hume to left back and get Pembele in the side, Styles certainly isn't the answer in a back 4. From the limited I've seen in the U23s and for the first team worst case scenario he could be worth a look at right wing. Not saying he'd be anywhere near getting a game for us there, but like I say from the limited action I've seen him in he's looked okay going forward.

The worry with Pembele is that the serious injury was 2 years ago. He's came back and played games since then, In France and then for us. To me it appears he was a player with promise that has been destroyed by injury. From what we've seen he's looked dreadful.

I'm not writing Rusyn off. He could be a decent workman like back up player. We need to see him with a proper 9 though and I'm unconvinced we'll get one. But if Rusyn doesn't come good he'll be hard to shift IMO, unlike the others

RR's latest pod recken some of the coaching staff don't believe many of the players signed are anywhere near good enough to play at championship level.

Mayenda is still a kid, & think there's a player in Ekwah, if he can sort his attitude out. I watched Pompey Derby last night, any of the others listed wouldn't get into either starting XI's
