SoL To Undergo Multi-Million-Pound Investment Programme

are you suggesting that the below quotations from the AM announcement have nothing to do with marketing of the PM season ticket renewal announcement?

‘The Club will be collaborating with world renowned partners on both projects, bringing together international brand recognition with local expertise to deliver best-in-class solutions.’

‘maximising the environment for our team to bring our playing identity to life.’

‘transformational impact on the matchday experience’
Standard press release (put together by an agency I guess)
They could've announced safe standing 6 month ago.
Was it confirmed 6 months ago- I hadn’t realised. Do you have a link?
No im suggesting that they have issued the plan for investment into the club / stadia on the eve of season ticket renewal week on pupose to create positivity and get a bump in renewals
Wouldn’t be that smart surely.

I read on here the commercial side of the club is shite.

So entirely coincidental that a press release, jubilantly promoting transformational impacts on matchday experiences, was put out on the morning of the day they put out season ticket renewal details?

I can’t keep repeating the same thing.

Changes in ground configuration and introduction of safe standing HAD TO BE ANNOUNCED prior to renewal packs being issued so people knew what they were buying.

How many days after SC renewal packs being issued would you have let people know the seat they had just renewed is going to be safe standing next season?

Well you seemingly can.

That particular point you’re labouring impacts about 1000 people (who they’d be pretty confident would be in favour of rail seating given the location).

The announcement on the morning was promoting transformational changes to matchday experience and went with a headline about ‘multi million pound investment into the stadium’. That wasn’t potential relocation information for 1000 people. That was marketing and it’s fairly ludicrous to suggest otherwise.

Didn't they announce it a few seasons back that they wanted it in for this season, I can't remember now. I know it's definitely not the first time it's been mentioned though.

Sorry, loads of words, but no answer.

How many days?

But what you’re saying is they were in a position to provide confirmed and detailed information on it 6 months ago.

Where did you get that info?

Reeteo, I’m going back to conspiracy corner.

The multi million pound stadium investment story talking of transformational matchday experiences was clearly unrelated to the announcement later that day that related to matchday experiences.
Nah I mean the whole thing is PR, 'look at the improvements we're making' followed by 'get yourself a season ticket to our newly upgraded stadium'. I'd be surprised if anyone is buying a season card on the back of the improvements mind.

They could have announced the detail of rail seating with the season ticket renewal information in one announcement.

Are you maintaining that the morning announcement under the headline of ‘multi million pound investment’ was a public information bulletin for 1000 people potentially having to relocate?

Apologies. Misread the meaning.

I wasn't overly clear either.
