Don’t forget there’s a bus strike on today effecting sunderland & surrounding areas too just thought I’d mention it

Mainly Go North East buses

Still no idea of when the new timetable will be in place. Those Christmas Saturdays will be horrific

Fellow badldy here. Ill be getting on with son at hpool who looks like Jack Clarke. Might opt for a green parka.

Train cans not selected yet but the jamaican brews a good shout!
 
Clear from york to newcastle, then sunderland and return....only 15 min wait at darlo on way up.....thought would be worse....but trains running OK and a 3 : 1 win.....good times

Twelve new services will be operated by Northern between the two stations, starting on Sunday, December 10. They will initially call at

and a stop at Hartlepool will be introduced as soon as the station works are complete in early 2024.

Journeys between the two stations will take between 1 hour 7 minutes and 1 hour 18 minutes, depending on the time and direction.


Isn’t that longer than the current offering?😵‍💫 Or do they not mean TBY> Sun

59 mins according to northern website 😂
