Few things here;
- The declaration will go down in history, was it the right choice?
- Our prep in my opinion playing Ireland serves no purpose at all.
- Slow over rates beyond embarrassing and we haven't helped ourselves with that. Around 30 overs lost in the first 3 days of this test alone
- Scheduling to prioritise the 16.4 has backfired, obviously can never predict the weather but on this occasion it's backfired. Having no test cricket in August is an absolute disgrace.
- The events of earlier, were embarrassing, a total lack of desire to get things moving and then to take a break

- This is an incredibly bang average Australia test side. They dig in and are pretty methodical how they go about things, but there is absolutely nothing exciting about them. They've gone and retained The Ashes without really getting going or exciting anyone really.
- Durham are mint.
- Test cricket needs a kick up the arse, so much wrong with it.
