4th test Manchester

Radar map looks worse now than last night but the odds have moved significantly in Englands favour.

England 3.95
Draw 1.33

Now
England 2.94
Draw 1.52

The punters must know something about the weather.

I'll have to get out of bed now and turn the TV on . We'll get some play today . Green and Marsh will go within a few overs of each other then we'll bowl short balls to the tail Enders and then end up drawing.
I don't think it will be a wash out, i think we might get on the field, but how long i dont know. They have 2 blotters going around now
Covers are coming off square, then placed back as dry ones
Not raining atm

Game set and match if the met office radar is correct, not sure what source this Is but it’s more hopeful.

Every time I check the met office website, the “actuals” look to be drier than the “forecasts”. Looks like the big band of weather could just miss Manchester.

Light to no rain at the minute. And, whisper it, there are a few patches of pale blue in between the mass of white/grey clouds.
The rain shown on Met Office radar chart is predominantly drizzle to light rain, fingers crossed it keeps improving. If we get play what's betting umpires bring us off with a handful of runs left to win for bad light.

Accuweather looks more hopeful, and I've been told by people who enjoy doing this sort of thing (yes, they exist) that it's generally more accurate for what's happening on the ground whilst the Met Office is better for long-term forecasting.
