That’s not really the way to judge these marginal calls. They’re gambles by definition. Gamblers who judge their gambles to be bad if they fail individually and good if they succeed become poor very quickly. Both good and bad gambles can fail. Gambles are bad if they make you poorer over time and good if they make you richer over time.

I’m prepared to back this one.
