Yeah they seem genuine and that counts for a lot. Good energy on stage and as mentioned they definitely have a few potential hit tracks in their current material. I was joining in with one or two even after just a couple of listens on Spotify beforehand.Aye it wasn’t quite that bad. Very clearly though the Sunderland fans in the crowd at Newcastle stood out like a sore thumb![]()
What I like about them most is they’re clearly just 4 best mates absolutely loving what they do, as we all would. They have a proper laugh doing it and put the same energy into a crowd of 3/400 as they do a couple of thousand or more. I reckon their debut album will do very very well
I think most people can pick it up and get into them quite quick which counts for a lot. Talked to a couple from Middlesbrough last night and his Mrs hadnt been to a gig for 15 years and it was only the K’s that peaked her interest enough to go. Mad!Yeah they seem genuine and that counts for a lot. Good energy on stage and as mentioned they definitely have a few potential hit tracks in their current material. Been listening to them a lot over the past few days when I realised there’s a record out soon. Not playing up here unfortunately & I duffed a couple of months ago.Ticket bought yesterday to see The Mary Wallopers in Manchester in November. Saturday night and £15 so you can’t go wrong.
The K’s last night in Stockton were absolutely mega![]()

remembered it was Scarborough, not Leeds. it's just him though, the rest of the band looked embarrassed at his "toon toon" shite. My drunken fuck off you black and white bastard got a few weird looks like... he's from St Helens manMind I suppose Noel and Liam Gallagher have done it in every country in the world![]()
I don't think the rest of the band are into football at all. So it's probably a bit weird for them.remembered it was Scarborough, not Leeds. it's just him though, the rest of the band looked embarrassed at his "toon toon" shite. Haha. I believe it’s being recorded but I think it might just be for radio 3 rather than tvGutted to be missing that.
Film it...all of it..
