3rd test - Headingley


Two overs in and not much is happening with the ball (one vicious yorker excepted). But the outfield looks slower.
 
This really shouldn't feel as close as it does, but a few customary suicidal wickets and we're in trouble

If we don't take the bait and just keep with the singles we'll be there in a few hours no nother

Like the idea of Ali next. Put in the players that are best at the conventional cricket strokes first. Save the sloggers until later to put their bowlers under pressure if needed.
