3rd test - Headingley

It's amazing what people weather apps are saying mind . Ranging from no rain this afternoon to we'll get no play today and the rest of the test the weather is looking good but bad enough that we'll get no play for rest of the match
I find Met Office the most accurate by a mile.

Says more rain today but not “no chance of play” level of rain. Clear until late afternoon tomorrow, and fine on Monday.

F*** knows what everyone else is looking at

I always find them absolutely useless for forecasting rain. Unless it's going to be 100% dry all day they don't have a clue

I'd only use the Met Office, and even then it's unreliable. It also says 70% and 50% rain for 1pm and 2pm.

Personally, I find being less than a mile away helpful...

The ECB still has a nationality qualification for eligibility to play for the team that goes beyond the minimum requirement of the ICC rules. So you can say for certain that any England player must have had British (or before 2017 Irish) Citizenship as well as meeting the birth or residence criteria the ICC mandate. Which usually requires a British parent or move in childhood, not a move of convenience.

Not sure about Pietersen being half English, but he’s definitely a fully fledged, dyed in the wool w⚓️.
His mum's English

But agreed on the rest.
No longer raining here now, not sure how long its been stopped though as been in spoons.

Have they give any start time on tv?
No mention of an inspection let alone start time.

Ground staff need 90 minutes to mop up once it stops. So by that time it probably rains again.
