De Leede has been poor in the T20, but then again only really Sowter has consistently impressed. Difficult format, especially for bowlers. He's done very well in red ball cricket so far, which I believe he doesnt have much experience of. Hopefully he can get continue his good form. Still a young lad with a lot to learn, but certainly looks to have something

It's not over the top to say he's been poor in that format with the ball he's also had no criticism in this format you might have seen certain criticism on social media but iv seen nothing on official tweets, it's not over the top to say he maybe isn't great bowling in that format fair play today he was very good

You said if you look at previous message you mentioned me getting criticism about playing I never mentioned you playing or anything you didn't use daft emojis to joke either

I was very quick to criticise Franklin and I said it to his face and held him accountable which he was an absolute mess over. After that event I had members coming up to me saying "well said". I'll happily criticise but anything I say on here I would say to the management of the club. The T20 criticism on here and social media has been an absolute embarrassment

Some of the arguments on here are so easily avoidable.

Has his bowling been a bit poor in t20? For the most part yes

Did he show what his worth could be with the bat recently in the t20? Yes

Has the criticism of him from some (not all) been a bit over the top? Possibly. Some criticism is to be expected but you’ve got to be willing to give the lad a chance to grow and get better along with it

Has his form in county championship been pretty good? I’d say so

Was he on point today? Undoubtedly
