Billy Batts
Striker
Wouldn't be expecting too much straight away. Some folk already picking their midfields with him in already ffs. One for the future.

if hes over 6ft Im in
Pretty sure he isHe’s not
I suppose only time will tell.£3 million seems a bit steep
Be 2nd option for the Pritchard roleWhere does he fit into our formation then? Alongside Ekwah or Neil. Assuming we stay with the 2 in the middle?
It’s old info but he’s actually got smaller not tallerHe is. Old info said 5ft 10. He is about as tall as his brother.6 ft 1 or 2
As abovePretty sure he is
Dodds![]()
If reports that he's a bit behind from where his brother was at that age but has the potential to be as good then it will be a stealI suppose only time will tell.
Objection - speculationJust noticed you’ve stole my meme from my Twitter as your pic on here.![]()
I think people's main concern is that it is very likely to be a significant part of the budget spent on a player who, at present, hasn't really shown much to suggest he will get into our side.
He's not a first team regular in a side who finished 17th in the Championship last season.
Now we don't know the structure of the deal etc, but it's a fair concern based on the information we have at present IMO.
90% of teams in this division won't spent £3m in total.
Depends, play different roles reallyProbably SEB but no way will we be taking the Michut option now
As I've said I know who his big brother is, that he has played a few times for Birmingham and is rated to be slightly behind his brother in terms of development but with huge potential
I think Bellingham has potential and will add physicality to midfield, we have seen Michut and although neat and tidy he is far too small, and come on be honest he’s hardly set the world alight has he??Birmingham fans saying he's not ready for first team football yet. Some saying his dad was forcing the club to play him.
Why?
Hopefully we'll have a bigger budget this seasonHe's 17 so the potential is there for it to be a great deal. But, as you say, if it's a sizeable chunk of our first team budget going on a 17 year old who probably isn't first team ready (at least for a full season) then it's a short term risk.
I guess what we don't know is what our budget is, or how the £3m is shaped. If it's £1m+2m on promotion, then it's much better
SPEAKMANDodds![]()
Very true, it's not like he is unknown to Speakman and Dodds and with Dodds here and how well the Bellingham's speak about him it should be all goodIf he's only half as good as his brother turns out then we're still on to a winner.
