Mad how people make things up just for 'likes'I haven't seen one person advocating him going. Fancy linking some? Or are you telling porkies?

Under the model when they had Cortese as Chief Exec from 2009 to 2014? Very successful, back to back promotions, brought in Pochettino after Adkins and the following season ended up 8th in the PL, followed by 7th the following season. How are Southampton doing under their model there?
And how are they doing now under their model there? Which is the question I literally asked.Under the model when they had Cortese as Chief Exec from 2009 to 2014 when they were ran by Cortese? On the plus side the club has managed to unite the fan base. Just uniting them against them rather than with them. Quite the feat after the season we’ve had, and in a far quicker time than it took with Donald and methven.Mad how people make things up just for 'likes'
I'm talking about posters on here saying people on here wanting TM gone...not one person has said that. Posters just saying it and making stuff up. Sad.And how are they doing now under their model there? Which is the question I literally asked.

What has how they are doing now got anything to do with the original point I was making about the clubs being on similar trajectory paths? They have different owners, a different chief exec, completely different staff, It's like comparing apples and oranges. And how are they doing now under their model there? Like i said before, football is a ruthless business...no room for senitiment.People need to get over this, he was never ever a long term appointment, he was always leaving weather it was this summer or next
Sounds like the club have identified two coaches who they want and are available
im more than happy if they move now knowing that if they wait around they might not be available
The goalkeeper coach has tweeted what looks to me like a "I'm leaving' tweet.
Can you link, he's pretty new.
So what you’re saying is that your comparison of two clubs over a decade apart is facile? Super. What has how they are doing now got anything to do with the original point I was making about the clubs being on similar trajectory paths? The point I'm making is that they went for a manager who was relatively unknown to replace a manager who was doing a good job in the lower divisions and ultimately hit his ceiling once they were in the PL. The manager they got in has ended up being one of the best managers in world football and he took Southampton to heights that were beyond Adkins.
The trajectory of Southampton and Sunderland in comparison is very similar that both clubs progressed through the league to a point they are now pushing to be in the PL and then beyond.

I am comparing it because both clubs were in a unique situation whereby they were massively underperforming in the lower leagues and then a quick trajectory took them close (and to) the highest division. Both clubs operated with a DoF model and both clubs apparently looked for change despite relative stability. So what you’re saying is that your comparison of two clubs over a decade apart is facile? Super.
Players aren't going to walk out because Mowbray has goneIf Mowbray goes, then all i can see is half the squad going also! Then when the footy next season resorts to being shite and not very easy on the eye, the crowd will turn, rightly so imho, the atmosphere will turn toxic and all the good work from the last two years will be undone! f***ing brainless!
