They are not answering emails or telephone callsI am on sky mail no tickets sent, email sent to club no reply.
I can't get down ticket office until Saturday so no way of collecting until before then.
Why can they just activate the STC's, it's a joke as usual.
My invoice states the ticket will be sent digitally and if you don't receive contact the ticket office, which I did.

We've sorted ours out on cards Tuesday night direct onto season cards. Same seatsSurely as an existing season ticket holder,if you are applying for same seats, it will be uploaded on to your existing ticket. Or have you applied for different seats mate?

Absolutely crackers that this is still an issue, 12 months and it hasn't been looked at. Had the same issue with confirmation for the playoffs last summer.The Gmail issue is a known problem, yes.
