Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

i love how its never SAFCs fault in some peoples eyes. in the last few pages of this thread we've had:

fans fault
ticket masters fault
gmail (googles) fault
twitters fault
hettonbots fault

if at work we couldn't provide our client with what they want, and sat there endlessly blaming sub contractors and suppliers, they'd tell us to fuck off

The club should have addressed the Gmail issue, it's mad it's still on going.

There are also some dribblers knocking about as well mind.

Bloody hell man, how many times on this thread has it to be said!
IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR SEASON TICKET SEAT, YOUR SEASON CARD WILL BE ACTIVATED.

Not everyone has the time or inclination to search 108 pages of comments to find a correction to an official club email (although sadly enough i did  )...and I, like many others don't have twitter.

Some people don't use twitter at all though (like me, I absolutely hate it). It should 100% be on the website.
But then again that's probably too complicated for them .

it should also be in massive letters at the start of the email, instead of 'digital season tickets will be sent out in july' - which is irrelevant to this

it should just say 'IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR SEASON TICKET SEAT YOUR CARD WILL BE ACTIVATED '

probably would have cut the queue down by a decent percentage. and this thread

I agree. But on this thread alone it’s been said about 500 times that it goes onto your season card and people are still questioning it

If he is in your network, are you down to manage his tickets or just assign? If you request to manage he should get an email (to whichever he used to sign up) and that should allow him to accept permission, then you should be able to buy on his behalf.

We’ve tried that as well hasn’t worked - none of us including him have received any emails

It's literally a couple pages back off when i posted it...again this morning. Been posted about 10 times in this thread on multiple pages! Doesn't take 2 mins.
