Don;'t go to the map. Instead, click on the icon that looks a bit like a face. You should have a notification that takes you straight to the purchase screen. The reason you can't buy from the map is that your seat is reserved for you, and not available to anyone but you, which is why it will be greyed out on the map.
You've got me there.
Has anyone tried going to the club store and using that ticket kioskI believe the club shop staff have been trained on ticketing and are now helping out the usual ticket office people
It isn't, but I'd say that 100% ticket office is the wrong way to go. Someone could likely speed through a lot of the simpler queries via email, and it would be a lifeline for those from outside the region who realistically can't get to the ticket office, several of whom will probably end up missing out on the match. For a club with support as widespread as us, especially for games where loads will make extra effort to get home for it, it seems crazy to say you can only get sorted if you can make it to the ticket office. That won't be easy even for people who live here if its going to involve at least half a day off work. For me, they've got the balance wrongThe point I was trying to make is that there are a finite number of staff able to work with the system, and the balance point isn't obvious.
Looking at what’s left available today, I’d be amazed if this doesn’t sell out
Yeh mate doing that. Click the face then buy tickets, find tickets and it says this event is not yet available to you
You can try buying other available seats in stadium if you're having trouble and get tickets in email if you need to do it today?Yeh mate doing that. Click the face then buy tickets, find tickets and it says this event is not yet available to you
Nord works for me on my firestick, saw all the games when I was on Thailand on January, but don't " visit " SAFCSee for the matches!Nord is currently borked. I can't get SAFCSee through it. Opera browser has a built in VPN that seems to work fine.
Alreet dudes and dudettes !!!!
Anyone know how many we’ve sold so far ?
I think we're on holiday for the first game(s), assuming they're early to mid august, hopefully most of the issues will be sorted when we get backi.Tell you what the first game of next season is going to be hilarious.

Risk never receiving the email with ticket doing that though.Seem to be. People would appear to be happy to have the PDF ticket on their phone/in their hand, than taking a chance that the club will activate the SC properly and they won't be left waiting at the turnstiles whilst the match is going on.
Can't say I blame them really when you see how many things are going wrong for people over the last 24 hours!
