Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

That's the standard confirmation email for any ticket purchase. The club have said they're added to cards (if you have one), and the confirmation seems to be causing unneccessary confusion.
You would think it wouldnt be hard to have the email displaying bespoke information for the match it relates to instead of generic information which is often irrelevant.
 

Me being daft then, I assume the 30 pages is loads of people being like me... next dumb question is I have family members attached to my account can I reserve their ST seats near me also?

Everyone attached to your account will show up and yes you will be able to purchase them unless you are using a dodgy payment card or flagged up as a total wrong'un
 
Anyone give me some advice on workaround for the ‘delivery method not assigned’ error message some are getting?

Getting it here and have removed my card details, deleted ticket from basket and tried again but still getting message.

Possibly something I’m doing wrong - I’m a 22/23 part season card holder and it has a reserved seat for me but won’t let me get passed to review order??
I just kept having to refresh and eventually it disappeared
 
Asked it to allow permission for the bairn again, and still waiting for the email an hour later.

I got the same. Removed tickets, logged out and back in and seemed to sort itself.

I just bought a ticket elsewhere (thankfully same block and seat no, just a row in front) rather than chewing on
 
pretty painless, 4 seats together for me the kids and my dad away from normal season card ones

drove past the ticket office earlier and there was some size queue. bloke had set up a hot dog stall half way round by the looks of it too :lol:
