Aye that'll probably be the reason, using the auto purchase will load it to card, using the map will mean digital ticket gets sent
 
Aye, the confirmation email has some generic bits in which don't apply in this case. Does say on the line which has the price that it's added to your season card, though can see how some people will find it confusing
 
I'd recommend EVERYONE in your network is given the MANAGE and ASSIGN function.

All networks should hold the same number of Cust Numbers (ie: number of mates/family in your group), then each should be sent/rec a email authorising each other the MANAGE function) - this should mean ANYONE can use the network and purchase tickets at the same time, subject to each Phase T&Cs.

Must admit me dad always liked to go to the ticket office as well, even to renew season cards 😁
I was like we can do it in minutes on line

He probably didn’t notice that his SC seat was reserved for him, he’s chosen to pick a seat for himself and selected the closest one he could.

His SC will probably stay ‘reserved’ until Thursday lunchtime and he won’t be able to do anything with it.
 
I've just checked I've fucked up as the site refreshed as I had that error and bought the wrong ticket so that's how I've been given an e-ticket. Dunno if I can be arsed to go through the faff on getting it changed like.
 
I've had to log into mine and the kids' accounts separately and do it. done one but the other is giving this error. anyone got any ideas?

Unfortunately, the items you have selected do not have a common delivery method assigned, please purchase them separately.

Why did you have to click on the map? If you'd clicked on your account in the top corner it would have shown your ticket as reserved along with any others which are in your group.

What a tatey. I assumed he'd only be able to buy his (and others in his network) in Phase One.

Yep that happened before, just make sure I set them back to how they were. All good for other games, but this one I had to log out after buying my own and then buy others. Not the end of the world, but the permissions are 100% correct.

Thought they’d done something to that as I had the ability last season to purchase Wembley tickets for every season ticket holder in my network.
Now had to get the permissions redone.
