Why did you have to click on the map? If you'd clicked on your account in the top corner it would have shown your ticket as reserved along with any others which are in your group.

It gave me that error thing so I refreshed turns out I bought a seat further along my fault.
 
Me being daft then, I assume the 30 pages is loads of people being like me... next dumb question is I have family members attached to my account can I reserve their ST seats near me also?

Should be able to if you have assign and manage permissions granted and approved.
 
Yep that happened before, just make sure I set them back to how they were. All good for other games, but this one I had to log out after buying my own and then buy others. Not the end of the world, but the permissions are 100% correct.

What if it happens if we get to the final and the same happens?

Unless they've already got you down as having permission to buy on their behalf (in which case it will give you option of getting theirs) they'll have to log in individually on their accounts.

I think they need to in your network and that you need to me able to MANAGE and ASSIGN tickets to/for them
 
No attachment just says a digital ticket will follow this email:-

"Thank you for your purchase. Your ticket/s will be sent digitally to you. You can either print at home or scan your mobile phone at the turnstile."

That's the standard confirmation email for any ticket purchase. The club have said they're added to cards (if you have one), and the confirmation seems to be causing unneccessary confusion.
 
Anyone give me some advice on workaround for the ‘delivery method not assigned’ error message some are getting?

Getting it here and have removed my card details, deleted ticket from basket and tried again but still getting message.

Possibly something I’m doing wrong - I’m a 22/23 part season card holder and it has a reserved seat for me but won’t let me get passed to review order??
