Hartlepool United

Might be missing something but how do they need snookers when they are sitting outside the relegation places?

Have you seen how many games in hand other teams have and indeed watched our current shabby lot try and play as a team.....my hopes are that other teams (Crawley and Harrogate) faulter and we somehow manage to pick up some wins instead of going two behind and then strive manfully to pick up a draw!!! (as we did Today and v Sutton).

Up the Pools!!!

p.s A warm Welcome to Swindon Fans to the Mill House on April Fools Day but hopefully we end up with the vital 3 points!!!! We need them!!

Staying for 3 nights Mate 🍺🍺🍺

Harrogate look poor.
We only have one fit Central Defender left in the camp and will have to get in a non-contract one in this week. Lost another today with a broken collar bone.
They brought 71 fans down today. Got a massive standing ovation mind and probably the highlight of their day.

Hope Crawley go down.

Up the Pools.

"Got a massive standing ovation mind and probably the highlight of their day."

... In Leagues One and Two the home fans showing appreciation to away fans who have attended matches, has been a common theme on my travels.

However, get to the Championship and it's mainly abuse the away supporters get from the home fans, whatever their numbers and whatever the fixture.

A sad and strange fact of football life!

As well as today and Sutton there was also Wimbledon last Saturday. That's three 2-2 results having been 0-2 down, in the last five games.

Thankfully I chose the right Match to go to Yesterday....Cracking day out in Liverpool and should have been three points for the Pools as the Penalty decision was atrocious, Lad got fouled outside the box bursting through and flung himself into the box. Penalty given by the dosey Ref who took no time to think!!! .. Shite Hawkes scored just, in off the bar. Pools had been in no trouble till then really and scored a cracking volleyed goal after a delicious Kemp through ball...... Brilliant Support by the Monkey Hangers as always, getting right behind the Team through Delight and Adversity.

..... I knew the vitriol against a former Manager and against a despicable ex-Mag would work in Stoke's favour and make it an unpleasant atmosphere at the SOL whatever the result.....We need to Support the Young Lads through this tough time....At Home especially......We have done well this Season.....A very Tough game at Norwich next where the Away support will be unbelievably behind the Lads!!!

Ha'way the Lads and Up The Pools!!!!

Where at mate?

Around the headland. Will be up for a few beers over the stay 👍

Keep posting as always like the Pools.
Hoping the Creepies go down. Rochdale unreal win yesterday.
Good point for you in the circumstances. Hope you can beat the teams around you when you play them. No real form in this league, only been impressed with Orient this season and look almost certs for promotion now.

Booked a rental place for 3 nights.
The Mrs (no) can explore the area, have the dog for a few walks and of course a base for a few beers and the match.
Train strike that weekend.

Converted chapel, was just a cafe but now has thai meals n staff on a night.

The pothouse is a lively bar nextdoor.

Lovely chippy, Verills too.

Busy with kids that weekend but might try n meet for a couple!

Anything else you need to know just ask. Can bus into town/match from there easy.
