Great effort mate and keep up the good work.

We should never forget the pre war guys who won us 6 league titles in the days before you bought the league title as they do today

Great Raich flag but Doig, Buchan, Halliday, Gurney etc were also legends and gave us the bulk of our honours. All of our league titles and 1 of our 2 FA cups came before 1939, These guys have every right to be on our flags.

1963 for me, bus from Hylton castle with me mates cost tuppence, walk down from the wheatsheaf, wait until they opened the big gates for the early leavers (aye we had them even then) duck past the gadgie opening the gates and up to the middle of the fulwell end, gan potty till the end and then run round to the players entrance to get autographs, back up to the wheatsheaf and another tuppence back home on a friggin packed bus smelling of beery farts, bliss at the time not so much in hindsight.

Nowt the matter with that mate. My lad is 15 in March, he obviously can't remember Marco etc so some recent history ones will be good and make the younger generation feel a part of the what is going on and the part of the club.
