Sunderland vs boro 22 Jan 23

I don’t think we will but we could pay what you want yes.
I wouldn’t trust what you’ve read is what we want. That hasn’t come from the club, it’s just made up paper talk shite. Can’t see him moving in Jan…but in the summer to a PL team. Especially if he scores 20 plus this year.

😂 You actually think because Middlesbrough fans "care" more is the reason we have had a good run against you? So when you beat us a few times under Reid we didnt care as much? It's ridiculous to say that tbh.
I think its more the build up from the fans filters through to the players more for you than it does for us. Everytime we play you it seems your players just want it more. I'm not one to think Boro are just another team my sister married a smoggy and the smugness from the BIL and nephew when you win is intolerable. Its a derby but our big Derby is against the mags and is far more important to us than you are.

Nothing game really. Sunderland don't care about Boro.

To be fair that is definitely the case but in this instance it might what commonly is known as a six pointer.

That does increase the interest a tad from a normal fixture.

It's the one home game where i go out of my way to miss it. So insignificant that it feels like getting 0 points even if we win.

In all seriousness massive shame its at 12 on a Sunday. But still gearing up to be a huge game.

Not as intense but a derby all the same for me. Big difference is, if say Boro end up in the play off final against Coventry who would you want to win? A question no one would have to ask if it were the scum.

@wev17 doing his best impression of a mag here.

Adamant that we care about them but when told otherwise, tells everyone how wrong they are.

He’ll be telling his mates he’s ‘clamped the SMB’s’ next.

Bless me? What? I do believe it. Hence me saying it.

Your theory makes me wonder why Ravanelli, Emerson and Juninho didn't wipe the floor with Craig Russell, Richard Ord and Andy Melville - given they were better players and more up for it. 👍
You seem to have omitted Bracewell, Waddle, Johnston and Gray from our line up and the likes of Roberts, Whyte, Cox and Moore from yours.
