How can I provide your experiment? I know the earth is not flat. You seem to know nothing about this world we live on, despite your grand and arrogant claims.

You claim to have done experiments to prove the world is not a globe. You refuse to share them. Why?

Easy. To see someone coming up the other side I need to angle my body upright and so does the person coming up the other side.
That is the only way I could ever see a man head first.

Now if you want to use this analogy for your globe and ship you must also offer your ship coming up the other side with its bow underwater with its stern sticking out of it to allow the mast to level off and this would be the same at the opposite ship.

Now you know and I know this does not happen in water with ships.

We do know it does happen with people and hills.
And if you were to place two small boats, both with a crows nest and one model sailor stood flat to that nest floor on each boat on each side of a hill and have those boats move toward each other at the top, you will see the model sailors looking up at the sky and the bows of both boats showing to each other.

It just doesn't work, no matter how it's dressed up.

I know a lot about it but nowhere near enough to be certain of many many things.
I do know what it's not and that alone is a massive stride. It's absolutely not a spinning globe...100% guaranteed.

You choosing not to do it or denying it is entirely up to you. It doesn't matter to me what you choose.

See, this is what I meant when I said a few pages back that this thread was at its best when you just sit there and make up bullshit from start to finish.

To begin with, you'll see a man headfirst coming over the hill whether you're standing, leaning, sitting, or completely prone on the ground. That's why I said that question doesn't matter.

But I encourage you to do it one better. Why watch men come over hills when you can do it with buses? I'm really hoping you'll test this by going and standing in the middle of the road, then sitting, then lying down. Please tell me after that whether you see the tops of the buses first or the bottoms.
