Put a flat earthier into space

So explain the fundamental difference between something being pushed from a higher pressure area to a lower or something being pulled into a lower pressure area from a higher?
With provable facts not gibberish

Look at many aspects from each point in the loco from the fire to the steam to the rods to the wheels to the couplings on the train carriages and so on. Then look at that transferred to the track.
No pulling anywhere, just push by compression.

It makes you wonder why they didn't put those so-called boosters on the Apollo carry-on in the 60s.
So now without the word salad, why does the loco pulling the couplings attached to the train thereby pulling along the track mean it's actually being pushed?

especially as we know the wheels rotate in the direction which creates forward momentum...we can see that bit happening
does the same theory apply to all cars are also pushed in a forward direction

Get 5 groups of people to stand at night in the southern hemisphere, all 5 degrees apart, all looking due backwards from North and see if they can all see the not northern cross dead ahead (and up). If flat/dome then the answer is no the image will be 25 degrees different for the group at one edge than the other.

If a globe, then they should all see the not northern cross ahead, but rotated 25 degrees from one side to the other.

Guess what happens in reality?
Tidied for inaccuracy

This thread seems to be the best place to put this report.
There is a space science and astronomy thread that hasn’t been posted on for a while

Probably best to use that one for facts and this one for discussing why paranoid conspiracy theorists think the way they do.

No need for the Drake equation when space doesn't exist.

I don't think he's put forward a single proof or experiment in the whole thread but demands them from everyone else.
And he definitely said he had done superfluid experiments, evidence of his words posted back to him but he keeps deflecting away from that one.

Your forgetting water level and levelled scopes with crosshairs...........

They are experiments he has thought of doing, not ones he has done.

I'm not sure why he thinks telescopes all have crosshairs on them. Not sure what type he is thinking of, but way way back, he seemed surprised that when I talked about my astronomy I didn't have a star or planet aligned in the crosshairs. It doesn't have one, why would you ever want one?

It's so you can see unhindered level water with pinpoint precision

A similar ridiculous claim was made about how his atmospheric stacking was selective which is his replacement theory for gravity acting on structures on the ground.

A small building has less intensive atmosphere stacking than a larger or more dense building.

No explanation on how the atmosphere can recognise the differences between these buildings and could also not provide a reasonable explanation on why a plane flying low over a city isn’t subject to massive turbulence/ effects of varying atmospheric stacking as it flies over varying height buildings.
Not even sure what you're getting at with this.
Can you clarify by elaboration?
I haven't been here for a while... there has been a lot of changes to Physics since I last was on. So when you push a door that says pull why does it not open?
Stanchion.

so do I suck a drink through a straw? or does the atmosphere push it..in which case why doesnt it push it out of the glass in the first place?
By closing your mouth over the straw and expelling air from your mouth you create a low pressure. You basically cause unequal pressure and allow the atmosphere to push the liquid down the glass and up the straw.
Doesn't even spurt out the straw until you decide to suck it up. Weird
Because it's equalised through the top of the straw and acts as a barrier to the push from above against the resistance of the liquid in the glass.

Or as it's known.... suck

That's what the rest of the world calls "sucking".

Can you explain what the engine in this picture is actually pushing on? Given that we can see the locomotive is travelling ahead of the carriages to which it is attached, it would normally be accepted that it's pulling them, so where are we going wrong?

Logon or register to see this image
Bring all the component parts up in a diagram and I'll happily show you it's all pushing.
