Recruitment is vitally important. I think Neil is doing / has done a fantastic job with what he has at his disposal. If recruitment is as good as you suggest, it should be somewhat straight forward for any semi competent manager to come in and do well.

We’ll see if that materialises

He did a fantastic job to get us promoted, and there is a hell of a lot to be critical of in terms of the way the club is being run under this regime but it does increasingly sound as though he was always intending to fuck us off once a job closer to where his family are based became available. The bloke's a f***ing snake.
