Tbh rocky I've always said it. The media don't help when it comes to the mags delusion. Some of the stuff they print, tweet goes beyond ridiculous and these fuckwits lap it up repeat it and genuinely believe it.

Which then makes them look ridiculous

Death penalties for teenagers who protest against the regime of Mohammed Bin Salman, owner of NUFC. Imagine if our owner was doing stuff like this, the utter disgraceful shame of it. No doubt they would say I am only putting this up because I am jealous. Really its because I have a conscience and amazed at the lack of conscience in every Mag. Any comments Chi?

The mags missed the boat. Finally got a load of money lined up when things tightened up and other clubs,
who are streets ahead, are absolutely poked as well. They'll have relative success but they won't be winning leagues or owt.

The problem that I have with this is that the owners of NUFC are the worst, morally, by a long stretch of any owners we have ever had in the UK. Would Putin be any worse? Yet, they want us all to forget about it with nonsense like 'well what about Man City'. Well, yes, what about Man City? Do their owners behead teenagers? I am amazed at the total lack of conscience. We don't hear a squeak from them. I remember when Di Canio came here there was quite a bit of soul searching and some fans turned their back on the club. Yet, here we have absolute indefensibly horrendous owners and we hear not a squeak.

My daughter was in Spain recently and they were chatting to some Dutch lads and they asked where they were from. The girls said the NE and the Dutch lads said 'Do you support Newcastle, the murderers' and talked about 'Blood Money'. I am not making that up. This is the reputation of NUFC round the world and the Jawdees are desperately hoping that will go away.

No money gives you an advantage but it has to be done right. Plenty of teams have thrown money at clubs and have fucked it up royally. Look at the state of Man utd right now as far as I'm concerned they are no longer an Elite club. Qpr threw money around left right and center when then they had Flavio Briatore and his crew owning them and it was a shitshow.

Mags are more tribal than us. They've got this whole us against the rest, Geordie nation mentality. And will turn a blind eye to anything if it means a chance of success (which they feel they deserve). I don't think they care one jot what others think as long as they are "where they belong".

Correct. So all this banging on about their owners will have zero impact on them as supporters. They certainly won't give a toss about it going away or not. Looks at them down Palace. Palace fans had that banner which spelt out exactly who they've got at the top. They were just laughing and waving fake notes about.
